How to add patient prescription report?

In this section you can add patient prescription report. To do this follows the step:-

Step1: First go to the login page. It will redirect to the dashboard.

Step2: Click on patient in the menubar,Please follow this path:- Patient>>Patient Report

Step3: Once you reach the patient report, you can find the patient report by searching on different parameters (types) with the value.

Step4: Once you got the patient detail in the table, you need to click on view Prescription report. It will redirect to the add prescription and report, where you need to click on add prescription and report.

Step5: Whenever you click on add prescription and report, a new page open where you need to choose a radio button by clicking on any one of the radio button.If patient has small diagnosis, you need to click on offline prescription report, where you need to choose prescription file and then enter next visit date and remark. After that click on submit button.

Step6: If patient has large diagnosis, you need to click on online prescription report, where you need to choose weight and Wright down the diagnosis complaints and tests prescription. You also need to select the next visit date and enter the remark. You can add medicine into it by clicking on add button and click on submit button.

Step7: If patient has test report then click on testing report where you need to upload test report and remark and then click on submit button.
