How to add new Ticket?

The admin cannot generate the new ticket. But the customer can generate tickets with issues, the admin will solve that issues. If any customer occurs any issues, they can ask any query in this section. They create new ticket and send it by taking some step..
To do this follows the step:-

Step1: First open your website and login. It will redirect to the dashboard



Step2: Click on Communication in the menu bar,Please follow this path:- Communication >> Support Ticket >> View Ticket




Step3: Once you reach View Ticket Page, you have to click on support new tickets.



Step4: Once a new panel opens, you'll need to describe that issue in the details column and attach your document on it. Then you have to click on the submit button.
