How to add new Ticket?

The admin cannot generate a new ticket. But the customer can generate tickets with issues, which are resolved by the admin. If a customer has any issues, they can ask any questions in this section. They make a new ticket and send it out with a few steps.
To do that follows the step. This is given below.

Step1: First open your website and login. It will redirect to the dashboard




Step2: Click on Communication in the menu bar,Please follow this path:- Communication >> Support Ticket >> View Ticket




Step3: Once you reach View Ticket Page, you have to click on support new tickets.




Step4: Once a new panel will open, you have to describe the issue in the details column and you can attach your document on it if you want.




Now you have to click on the submit button
