How to add new Ticket?

Admin cannot generate the new ticket. But when customer generates ticket then admin will resolve that issues If any customer occurs any issues then they can asked any query in this section. They create new ticket and send it by taking some step.
To do that follows the step. This is given below.

Step1: First go to Website then Login. Now you enter into Dashboard



Step2: Click on Communication in the menu bar. Follow this path:- Communication >> Support Ticket



Step3: Once you reach in support ticket, Click on submit new ticket..



Step4: Fill the form properly and submit it.
