How to reply new ticket?

Once customer generates ticket then admin can reply to the customer by clicking on it. If a customer has a problem they can ask the admin any questions they may have and then the admin can respond to the customer's issues.
To do that follows the step. This is given below.

Step1: First open your website and login. It will redirect to the dashboard



Step2: Click on Communication in the menu bar,Please follow this path:- Communication >> Support Ticket >> View Ticket




Step3: Once you reach View Ticket Page, you can see the list of ticket present inside the Ticket page.




Step4: Click on the customer name .It will redirect to the ticket detail where you have to click on the add reply.




Step5: Once a new panel opens, you need to describe the issue in the details column and you can attach document if you wish.




Step6: Now you have to click on the submit button.
