In this section the customer can close the ticket that has been created by him.
To do that follows the step. This is given below.
Step1: First open your website and login. It will redirect to the dashboard
Step2: Click on Communication in the menu bar,Please follow this path:- Communication >> Support Ticket >> View Ticket
Step3: Once you reach View Ticket Page, you can see the list of ticket
Step4: Click on the Customer Name. It will redirect to the ticket detail where you have to click on close the ticket button.
